The Reserve at the Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana Dominican Republic

The Reserve at the Paradisus Palma Real, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is great for families and couples. The Reserve section is separated from the larger Palma Real, and is a little more private and exclusive. It is close enough to the bigger resort so you feel included and connected. It is easy walking distance and a shuttle service by golf cart is available 24 hours a day. The Kids Zone pool area is exclusively for The Reserve guests. With such activities as treasure hunts, eco-tours, face painting, nature workshop, movie night, pirate party and the availability of water slides and an adventure park at the kid's pool, this is a great area to keep children occupied and happy. The rooms are all suites and have a pull out couch in the living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a large dining table, two-room bathroom (with a stand up shower in one and a Jacuzzi in another), two LCD TVs, and a lovely balcony with yet another Jacuzzi and Bali bed. The grounds are excellently maintained, green and lavish, with unique lounge furniture scattered throughout. You are always surrounded by water regardless of where you are. There are 4 restaurants at the Reserve, but guests can use all the restaurants and facilities throughout the resort. There is a separate section on the nearby beach for Reserve guests with cabanas, lounge chairs, and all kinds of fun activities, such as water aerobic classes, salsa lessons, kayaks and windsurfing. All of this is included in the price! The Reserve is an excellent choice for a quiet, relaxing and comfortable vacation for the adults and a fun filled, action packed vacation for the kids.
